When the #1 pharmacy retailer in the nation (in sales) needed to rollout their new beverage bar concept, they sourced Lane Valente. The client needed to solve 2 problems: drive more store traffic and keep people in the store as long as possible. The solution was a beverage bar concept that could be rolled out to their existing store base. This new concept satisfies both objectives because it lets people fix their own drinks and walk around the store while they enjoy them. Anyone who comes in can make a fresh cup of coffee, fix themselves a slushy type beverage or concoct a delicious medley of random soft drinks. Most importantly, it adds value to the consumer.
Lane Valente provided to the client a complete turnkey solution. The project was managed by a dedicated project lead, dedicated project manager and a dedicated logistics manager. Rather than bringing on-board additional project resources, the client outsourced over 90% of the project management and logistics to Lane Valente. Project Installations details for Lane Valente included: electrical installation, lighting, fixture installation, sign installation, plumbing, fixture resets, and health code inspections over the course of the rollout.
Lane Valente has completed a total of two states for the pharmacy retailer including Florida and Maryland. Future states are planned as part of a national store rollout.
