Facility managers working for a major large box store chain were spending unproductive time on lighting maintenance service requests with various facilities service providers rather than on developing assets. To enhance operations, the client formed a partnership with Lane Valente and developed an exterior lighting and sign maintenance program. Lane Valente now manages a scheduled maintenance program for the store chain’s Midwest stores. This program includes the management of all work orders, dollar spend, forecasting of value engineering opportunities and the tracking and reporting on all activity. The client's performance enhancements include increased productivity, minimum downtime and superior management information. With the success of this program the client is now thinking about rolling this program to all of its stores nationally.
